1. Shipping Rates
- Nationwide Delivery: We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa.
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over R1500.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, deliveries take between 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- If you do not receive a shipment confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at orders@vtectools.co.za.
5. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at orders@vtectools.co.za or +27 72 581 8159. Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped.
6. Damages
- Vtec Tools & Equipment is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship within South Africa. For Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe please contact us for rates.
